Freight Logistics: For industrial orders exceeding 400lbs, contact Customer Service to order. Our team will provide transit times and freight costs to be paid by the customer. We will work with you to provide the lowest shipping rate possible based on your order, delivery location and any other special requirements you may need.

Incorrect Address, Non-Deliverable, and Refused Shipments
Orders that have been returned to us will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service team. If we have made an error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct address immediately at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address error, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping.
If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the order will be treated as a return.
