Wonderful Flavor

While I am not a salt connoisseur per se, I definitely have experienced a number of salts, and was looking for a good smoked one. I had tried Hickory in a couple different brands, and also Mesquite. Anyway when I tried Alderwood from the San Francisco salt company, I knew I had found what I really loved. Yes, I use the others for some things, but this Alderwood one is my regular “go to one.” It’s also great sometimes to combine different flavors and come up with your own custom blend. I did need to touch bases with the company at one point, and customer service was great.

Fantastic product. I have added the alderwood smoked sea salt to my collection of favorite spices, it’s now competing with my black garlic salt as number 1. My newest smoked candied carrots is now requested at every holiday by my family. Couldn’t make it with out your salt. Thank you!
